At Cheia Ldn, we are committed to processing and delivering your order efficiently while maintaining our high quality-control standards.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

During restocks, promotional periods, or high-demand launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

All hair products are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.

UK Delivery Options

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are as follows:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days

• UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Please note that delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. Cheai Ldn is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

• Courier delays outside of our control

• Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

• Customs fees, duties, or import taxes

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
