At Cheia Ldn, we take great pride in providing luxury hair products that are carefully sourced, inspected, and packaged to ensure the highest standards.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, wigs, and lace products, all sales are strictly final.

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer:

Returns

  • Exchanges
  • Refunds

 

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing checkout, including:

  • Hair type (e.g., Virgin, Raw, etc.)
  • Length
  • Texture
  • Colour
  • Lace size
  • Shipping details


Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Full name and order number
  • Clear photographs of the item (including lace, bundles, packaging, and tags)
  • A detailed explanation of the issue

 

Please note:

  • Hair must remain unused, uninstalled, unwashed, unbrushed, and with all tags and seals fully intact.
  • Any product that has been worn, altered, cut, coloured, customised, or tampered with will not be eligible for review.



If your claim is approved, a replacement will be issued where appropriate. Claims submitted outside of the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
